Krystle Wisnasky, APRN, CNP, provides care with the Springfield Clinic Endocrinology team and sees patients at Springfield Clinic Carpenter. She will be collaborating with Dr. Kevin Hazard.
Krystle earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University College of Nursing in Addison, Ill., and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. She has more than 21 years of nursing experience, including the last four as a nurse practitioner.
Having a personal procedure done at the age of 18 was what initially sparked Krystle's interest in a health care career.
"I am passionate about building patient relationships, providing high quality care and advocating for my patients," says Krystle. "Patient education is also very important to me because it helps patients care and manage their own conditions for the best possible outcome."
Krystle is originally from central Illinois and is returning to Springfield Clinic where she previously served as a nurse practitioner in our Cardiology Department.
In her free time, Krystle enjoys spending time with her husband and children, gardening and crafting as well as taking family vacations.
