    Springfield Clinic is implementing its new system in staggered waves. Our print and online billing statements have a new look for patient visits at locations that have transitioned to athenahealth. Locations that have not yet changed to the new system will keep the current billing format. Our Patient Advocate Center (217.391.7086) is available to address any questions you have about statement contents or payment options.

    Yes, athenahealth provides a modern and seamless way to access your patient information, appointments, medical history and billing statements in one platform. Existing patients can get signed up for the new and improved portal at their first appointment at a location that has transitioned. Alternatively, patients with a valid email address on file can sign up for a portal account using the link below.

    Please reference your online statement code under the Pay online section of your athenahealth statement. Alternatively, patients can scan the QR code on their paper statement.

    Patients paying an outstanding balance in the retiring system will not need an online statement code to use Quick Pay. Account number and zip code will both be needed.

    All athenahealth statements are double-sided. Charge details will appear on the second page of your statement.

    Your account or ID number is listed with patient name and statement date on the front of your statement.
