Katie Chiles, APRN, CNP, provides care with the Urology team and collaborates with Dr. Scott Morgan and Dr. Mariano Tolentino.

"I pursued a career in nursing after high school and found my love of nursing in the operating room," says Katie. "Working in the operating room exposed me to many different specialties before I became a nurse practitioner."

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at the Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University in Normal and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Purdue University Northwest in Hammond, Ind. Prior to joining Springfield Clinic, she worked as a operating room registered nurse at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.

In her free time, Katie enjoys being with her four kids and husband. She also likes to knit and read mystery and thriller novels.
