Emily Ward, PA-C, provides care with our Springfield Clinic Dermatology team at Springfield Clinic Peoria Allen. She will be collaborating with Dr. Colleen Silva.

Emily earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree at Bethel University in McKenzie, Tenn. She has six years of experience in dermatology previously serving at a practice in Hopkinsville, Ky. 

"I love working in dermatology because we have such a wide variety of patients from those with the most severe rashes to those who simply love spending time outside in the sun and need a thorough skin cancer screening," says Emily.

She particularly enjoys getting to know her patients while addressing their skin, hair and nail-related concerns.

Emily and her family relocated to the Peoria area and have fallen in love with the community.

When she's not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and two cats, reading and being outdoors.
