Crystal Wingerter, APRN, DNP, CNP, provides care with the Springfield Clinic Cardiology team.
Crystal earned both her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Crystal decided to pursue a career in medicine at a young age, after she helped rescue her sister from choking as a child. Wanting to help people for her job, she spent the majority of her 16 years as a nurse in the cardiothoracic surgery and cardiology fields.
When Crystal is not working, she loves to read, travel and listen to music.
