Courtney Krofchick, APRN, DNP, CNP, provides care with our Springfield Clinic Urology team. She sees patients at Springfield Memorial Hospital and HSHS St. John's Hospital and collaborates with all of our Urology doctors.

Courtney earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from St. John's College of Nursing in Springfield. She has nearly 10 years of nursing experience serving as a registered nurse in an emergency department in Springfield.

"I chose to start a career in health care simply because I love helping people," says Courtney. "Health care is about standing side-by-side with your patients as you celebrate their wins and their losses as a part of their journey."

Courtney is particularly passionate about treating each patient like they were a part of her family. "I genuinely love getting the opportunity to meet and treat patients, whether they are new or established," she says.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys traveling with her husband, visiting with friends and family and spending time with her dog, Luna.
