Caitlyn Wagenbach is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery. She joined the practice in September 2024, bringing a diverse clinical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. 

Caitlyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Business from Monmouth College in Monmouth, Ill., and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. Prior to joining Springfield Clinic, Caitlyn practiced in emergency medicine for nearly three years, where she gained extensive experience in acute care and complex patient management. 

Her clinical interests include both reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, and she is dedicated to supporting patients through every stage of their surgical experience with professionalism, precision and compassion.
