Emma Williams, LMT, was born and raised in Springfield, Ill., and is a 2021 graduate from Midwest Technical Institute. She discovered massage therapy through her passion for physiology, anatomy and the desire to restore proper function to the body.
Emma specializes in therapeutic massage with the intent of restoring balance. She enjoys practicing trigger point therapy to release tension in the fascia, soft tissues and muscles to reduce pain with focus on the neck, shoulders and back.
Her practice focuses on the reduction of chronic muscular discomfort, improvement of circulation, enhancement of muscular relaxation and reduction of overall stress on the body. She personalizes each massage to fit the needs of the patient. Her hands of intuition give nurturing comfort while providing the therapeutic techniques to give the proper care that each body needs.
