Why It Works

Builds Strong Foundations: Proper training during developmental years improves coordination, body control, and movement efficiency. These skills carry over into all sports and physical activity for years to come.
Reduces Injury Risk: Strength and conditioning programs teach safe mechanics and build durability, lowering the chance of common sports injuries like sprains, strains, and overuse issues.
Boosts Confidence & Mental Toughness: Athletes learn discipline, goal setting, and resilience, which help them overcome challenges in sports, school and life.
Enhances Sport Performance: Increased speed, strength and endurance give athletes a competitive edge, helping them excel in practices, games and competitions.
Encourages Lifelong Healthy Habits: Teaching kids to value fitness and nutrition early builds habits that reduce risks of obesity, heart disease and other health concerns later in life.
Supports Academic Success & Mental Health: Exercise improves focus, memory, and problem-solving while reducing stress and anxiety, leading to better classroom performance and emotional balance.

Personal Training & Wellness

Individualized Plans: Trainers design programs tailored to your unique goals, whether that’s building strength, losing weight, increasing endurance or improving flexibility and mobility.
Accountability & Motivation: Having a coach helps you stay consistent, push through plateaus, and celebrate progress so you don’t lose momentum.
Safe Technique & Injury Prevention: Trainers teach proper form, helping you get results while avoiding setbacks from incorrect movements. This is especially valuable for beginners or those with prior injuries.

Post-Rehab Training

Safe Return to Activity: Bridge programs provide structured, supervised progressions that help you transition from therapy exercises to everyday movement or sport.
Continued Recovery Beyond Insurance Limits: Most insurance plans don’t cover enough physical therapy sessions to fully restore strength and function. Post-rehab fills that gap affordably and effectively.
Rebuilds Confidence in Movement: After an injury, fear of re-injury is common. Post-rehab training helps clients trust their bodies again, building both physical and mental resilience.
Supports Long-Term Health & Independence: By focusing on functional strength and stability, bridge programs ensure clients not only recover but also maintain their health, quality of life, and independence into the future.

Bo Bennett

Professional headshot of Bo Bennett.

Graduated from Williamsville High School in 2012. After graduation he headed to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville to pursue his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and eventually Physical Therapy. His plans changed once a professor reached out to him in undergrad with a job opportunity to be a personal trainer in the St. Louis area. There he found his passion for helping clients reach their fitness and performance goals.

After graduation he decided to move back to the Springfield area to work as a personal trainer. He spent his first year working at the local YMCA and the rehabilitation floor at Memorial Hospital.

He quickly experienced growth as a personal trainer and decided to devote all his time to that craft. For the last 9 years, he has been a personal trainer in the Springfield area, as well as training clients across the country online.

Bo has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from ages 8 to 90; and differing in abilities from a person with paraplegia to high level professional athletes.
