Reegan Tewes, PA-C, provides care with the Springfield Clinic Women's Health team. She collaborates with Dr. Cheryl Brown and Dr. Heather Beal at Springfield Clinic 1st - 900 Building.
Reegan earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.
Reegan's own personal experience with health care is what drove her to seek a career in it. "The compassion and relief I felt after receiving effective treatment showed me how powerful good medical care can be," she says. "I want to provide that same reassurance and improved quality of life to others facing conditions that make them feel vulnerable."
"I love that I am able to provide comprehensive care within a specific field," she says. "It is extremely rewarding to help patients on a broad range of topics, from understanding the importance of annual screenings and exams to hormone balance and pregnancy."
In her free time, Reegan enjoys spending time with family, friends and her English Bulldog, Rex. She also enjoys playing soccer, being outdoors, baking, cooking and making many coffee runs to Hae's Bakery & Coffee Shoppe.
