Heidi Johnson, CCC-SLP, received a master's degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and maintains certification from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

She offers comprehensive evaluation and treatment of disorders affecting communication and swallowing with special interests in management of vocal cord pathologies and speech/swallowing disorders accompanying head/neck cancer. Heidi is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and provides treatment to individuals with head/neck lymphedema. Additional specialty certifications include Lee Silverman Voice Therapy, McNeill Dysphagia Therapy and VitalStim Therapy.

Heidi enjoys working cooperatively with patients and their physicians to maximize effective communication and safe and efficient swallowing.
