We are thrilled to announce that Robin Wells, APRN, CNP, with Springfield Clinic Women's Health is the 2025 recipient of the Golden Leaf for Clinical Excellence in Advanced Practice Award.
This award recognizes an advanced practice provider who consistently demonstrates clinical excellence and quality of care through evidence-based practice and shows an ability to lead, problem solve and drive successful patient outcomes.
"Robin has provided excellent women's health care for many years. She is kind and compassionate. I don't hesitate to refer my patients to her. I've always gotten great feedback on their experience with Robin," says nominator and fellow nurse practitioner Melissa Osowski, APRN, CNP.
"Any time you ask someone about Robin Wells you always hear, 'Oh, I love Robin!'" says Director of Advanced Practitioners Mindy Sanders, DMSc, PA-C. "It doesn't matter if it is the cloudiest of days, Robin is just that ray of sunshine when she enters the room."
Robin has been with the Springfield Clinic Women's Health Department since 2008 and currently collaborates with Heather Beal, MD, and Cheryl Brown, MD. Robin has more than 25 years of nursing experience. Her patients rank her in the top 1% nationally in patient experience from surveys completed through Press Ganey.
